Strawberry Pineapple Shake

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 envelope (1.22 ounces) strawberry-flavored instant breakfast drink

  • ½ cup crushed pineapple with juice

Blend 5 to 10 seconds on high speed.

 


 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Milk Shake

  • 2 cups ice cream

  • 1/3 cup half and half 2 ½ tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients together in blender.

Peach Yogurt Shake

Yield: 2 servings

  • 1 cup sliced peaches in heavy syrup

  • 1 cup nonfat milk

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Variations: Instead of peaches, use 1 cup sliced bananas, fruit cocktail, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. If you use raspberries or blackberries, strain after blending to remove seeds.
