At Lifespan, we support professional learning, role competence, and growth. We offer an education assistance program with a reimbursement of up to $3,500 annually, and a student loan debt repayment program for full-time, benefit-eligible employees. Lifespan nurses also have access to unlimited free continuing education modules available virtually.
