Team Lifespan

Delivering health with care extends beyond the boundaries of our patient-centered care locations. The vitality of our caring is expressed in our service to our community and is part of our Total Rewards program.

Team Lifespan encourages our employees to take part in a variety of activities that serve to improve the quality of life in our communities. We organize company-sponsored fitness events and volunteer projects through collaborations with our community partners. 

A robust schedule of opportunities is available through Team Lifespan. Whether through participating in a physical, activity-based event (walk, run, cycle, climb, etc.), or volunteering in the community, health and service is an intrinsic part of the culture at Lifespan.

Our goal is to engage employees in the Life and Community, and the Health and Wellness aspects of our Total Rewards package. We want to support and encourage volunteerism and regular physical activity for everyone, from those who are sedentary to the seasoned athlete.
