Our practice provides comprehensive adult primary care services that support the health and wellness of our patients, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced providers), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist, and a practice manager. Each member of your Coastal care team is committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
To accommodate our patients’ needs, we also offer adult sick visits either at our office (during office hours) or through Coastal365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). In addition, our location has a laboratory on site. View lab hours.
Our office also provides access to leading medical specialists, dietary counseling, and cardiac testing.
