Coastal365 Adult Sick Appointments

Coastal Medical patients age 18 or older can call us for an adult sick visit appointment with a Coastal provider at 800-822-5981. You can also contact your primary care practice to coordinate care with a Coastal provider after hours through Coastal365.

Musculoskeletal Health 

The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Health Program provides Coastal’s adult and pediatric patients timely access to high-quality, non-operative orthopedic care. Patients considering orthopedic treatment options can have a meaningful conversation before making important decisions, such as whether or not to have surgery.
