New Lifespan Business Office Location
Lifespan has relocated our billing office from St Paul, MN to Oaks, PA, effective January 22, 2024.
If you have received a bill from St. Paul, MN during this transition, please remit payment to the address listed on your statement. You can reach the new billing office at 401-444-6966.
You will continue to receive the same professional customer care you are accustomed to. You will also continue to have the ability to pay bills, review your own patient information and communicate with our team using the My lifespan patient portal.
If you have not activated your MyLifespan portal account, please follow the easy instructions found at lifespan.org/mylifespan. The process only takes a minute, and makes it easy to contact your healthcare provider, check test results, find upcoming appointments, pay bills and more.
