Christine Allenson, MA, CHES, NBC-HWC, is a health educator at the Lifespan Lifestyle Medicine Center. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, she received an individualized Master of Arts in health and wellness from Rhode Island College. Allenson earned credentials as a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
She is a facilitator for several wellness programs and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the Wellness Council of America.
