Jeffrey D. Manning, MD

Jeffrey D. Manning, MD, has an extensive background in non-operative orthopedic care. He was previously the fellowship director of the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program at Brown University and was the Director of Sports Medicine at Affinity Sports Medicine, where he specialized in primary care sports medicine focusing on orthopedic conditions & injuries.

Dr. Manning is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine at the Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University and the University of Massachusetts. He has been recognized for his work with medical students with the American Academy of Family Physicians National Teacher Development Award and the Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University Dean's Excellence in Teaching Award. He has also been honored as a "Top Doc" by the RI monthly magazine multiple times.

Dr. Manning leads Coastal's Musculoskeletal Health Program which provides Coastal adult and pediatric patients with timely access to high quality non-operative orthopedic care. He also serves as an excellent resource for consultation and shared decision making when patients are considering orthopedic surgery.
